Most folks want to paddle and we encourage them to do so. However, if you choose not to paddle and you prefer an oar boat, please call us one-week in advanced. For those paddling there is NO reason to call. We will be ready for you! Paddle boats generally carry 4-6 passengers plus the guide. Please do not make seating arrangements - we will do that for you when you arrive.

Liability
Whitewater rafting involves a risk and while our safety record is excellent, EVERYONE participating is exposed to additional risk apart from their everyday routine. Therefore, we require that each guest sign an ASSUMPTION OF RISK form before the trip. One is enclosed in your trip packet for each guest. Please sign and return with final payment. The more we know about you in advance (i.e. height, weight, age, experience, special  needs) the better the trip we can provide. We assume  no responsibility for injury to passengers, damage or loss of personal property, or time expenses incurred. However, your safety is our No. 1  priority and we take every effort to reduce any additional risk to a person and property.
